GeoHydrologic Consultants, Inc. (GHC) takes a unique and proactive approach to managing environmental site assessment projects. We take a "fast track" assessment approach to gather information quickly and prevent the spread of the contaminants.To reduce time and costs, we employ the latest technologies for soil-gas sampling, soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and subsurface characterization, in whatever combination makes most sense from a financial and technical point of view.

We are extremely experienced in conducting Site assessments, both Phase I and Phase II’s, with more than 100 Phase II Assessments completed since our inception in December of 2001. We are extremely experienced in assessment of petroleum hydrocarbon releases containing methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), having conducted over 15 priority “A”, “B”, and “C” designated sites by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Los Angeles Region, in addition to dozens of petroleum releases containing MTBE in Santa Clara, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties in California. GHC is also very experienced with assessment of chlorinated solvent releases, heavy metals including lead, arsenic, and hexavalent chromium, along with other typical chemicals of concern.
